China Netcom Gansu Adopts Proxim's Solutions for Wireless Deployment

China Netcom's subsidiary China Netcom Gansu has adopted Proxim Wireless's end-to-end wireless solutions for deploying a wireless voice and data network in Gansu Province, China. Proxim's wireless WiMAX products to be deployed in Gansu's wireless broadband network include IEEE 802.16e-based Tsunami MP.11 point-to-multipoint radios, Tsunami Quickbridge outdoor bridges, and ORiNOCO AP-4000 access points.
